Warranty

3-Year Warranty

Every NEXA product comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your product is defective or fails under normal use, we'll make it right.

What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage from misuse, modification, or improper storage

  • Damage caused by dropping or impact

To make a warranty claim, contact us at team@nexastrength.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos or video to assess the claim. Return shipping costs are assessed on a case by case basis.

Returns

30-Day Returns

We want you to train with confidence. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at team@nexastrength.com.au with your order number. Return shipping costs are assessed on a case by case basis.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
