Next Business Day Dispatch

We guarantee next business day dispatch for all in-stock items. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria.

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until all items are available. If you'd like in-stock items shipped separately, contact us at team@nexastrength.com.au and we'll arrange it.

For regional areas, please allow an additional 2–3 business days on top of metro delivery times.

Courier notes
  • Tracking becomes active once your order is picked up and scanned by the courier. If you see "Consignment Number Could Not Be Found", allow 24–72 hours for pickup and tracking to update.
  • The "Scheduled for Delivery By" date is an estimate and may vary based on courier operations.
  • For large orders (5+ packages), deliveries may be split — remaining items typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
  • You'll receive an email notification either the day before or the morning of delivery.
